Tuna and Hummus Wraps

Method:

  1. Slice or shred the cucumber. Chop the cherry tomatoes into small pieces and grate the carrot. Drain the tuna.
  2. Spread the hummus across each of the wraps.   
  3. Divide the cucumber by 4 and sprinkle over the wraps. Do the same with the tomatoes, carrot and tuna. Finally top with the spinach.
  4. Roll each wrap over once, then fold in the sides and roll up fully.
  5. Wrap in cling wrap, until they are ready to serve.
