Easter Lolly Bark
Method
- Line a 23 x 33cm baking tray with baking paper. Place 300g melted white choc melts in a bowl and tint with blue food colouring.
- Place melted milk choc melts and additional 300g of white chocolate melts into separate bowls. You should have three colours of chocolate now: blue, white and brown. Pour spoonsful of each colour onto the prepared tray, allowing all three to touch.
- Working quickly, use a skewer to swirl. Sprinkle with speckled mini eggs and mini marshmallows. Allow to set. Break into shards. Enjoy!
