Easter Lolly Bark

Method

  1. Line a 23 x 33cm baking tray with baking paper. Place 300g melted white choc melts in a bowl and tint with blue food colouring.
  2. Place melted milk choc melts and additional 300g of white chocolate melts into separate bowls. You should have three colours of chocolate now: blue, white and brown. Pour spoonsful of each colour onto the prepared tray, allowing all three to touch.
  3. Working quickly, use a skewer to swirl. Sprinkle with speckled mini eggs and mini marshmallows. Allow to set. Break into shards. Enjoy!
