ALDImobile Family Pack Terms & Conditions
1. Unused data will continue to rollover when another Family Pack is added within 24 hours of the previous Pack’s expiry.
2. Standard national voice excludes some use such as: calls to international numbers outside eligible countries list, satellite numbers, premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers) and call forwarding. Standard national SMS & MMS excludes some use such as: video MMS, SMS to international numbers outside eligible countries list, MMS to international numbers or satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers). To access usage not included requires PAYG credit. Any MMS that includes Video or Audio is charged at $1 and is taken from your PAYG credit.
3. Unlimited international calls and SMS are to eligible numbers and countries only, you can review the list of eligible countries at www.aldimobile.com.au.
4. Bonus data only available when you recharge using a voucher code included with the 4 SIM Family Pack sold in store and applies to first recharge for Family Pack. Additional recharges using packs purchased in store will not attract bonus data.
Maximum of up to 4 services allowed on Family Pack - 1 Owner and up to 3 Users. All services must be on the same ALDImobile account. Owner’s service must remain part of Family Pack otherwise credits and data will be forfeited for all services and not refunded. Pay As You Go (PAYG) balance is not shared between services on Family Pack. 4 SIM Family Pack on sale in store from 30 January 2019 until 28 February 2019 unless sold out. To access the Family Pack you need to activate the service and recharge using the included voucher code by the expiry date listed on the packaging. Voucher has 30 day expiry when you recharge. Vouchers not activated by the date listed will expire and credit will be forfeited. Existing ALDImobile customers can recharge using the voucher code. If you have an existing Value, Data or Super Pack on your service, adding the Family Pack will override the existing pack and any remaining credits will be forfeited and not refunded. Refunds will not be issued for partial use or if you transfer your service to another provider unless subject to Consumer Guarantees. Internet access is required to activate, add, remove and manage services via My ALDImobile. The Family Pack is not supported on the ALDImobile app. Once initial Family Pack voucher expires, the Family Pack will be available for recharge via www.aldimobile.com.au until 31 December 2019 unless extended. The mobile product of ALDImobile provides a 4G coverage footprint of 97% and a combined 4G and 3G footprint of more than 98.8% the Australian population covering 1.62 million square kilometres. 3G handsets will only receive 3G coverage.
