Can you plant an avocado pit?You certainly can! After you’ve finished up with your ALDI avocado, you can pop your seed straight into some soil, keeping it well watered. Alternatively, many people like to keep their avocado seed skewered in water to watch the roots grow large and the stem and leaves emerge before popping their pit into soil. It’s totally up to you!
How should I keep my avocado fresh?Once your Hass Avocado is a dark ripe colour, you can store it in the fridge for 3 days. If you use part of your ripened avocado but have leftovers, make sure you brush the leftover avocado with lemon juice to reduce browning.
