How to make 3 Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 12-14 minutes | Serves: 12 cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Goldenvale rolled oats
- ½ cup Choceur milk chocolate bits (optional but popular)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas and rolled oats until a sticky dough forms.
- Fold through the chocolate bits if using.
- Spoon heaped tablespoons of mixture onto the prepared tray and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before storing or packing into lunchboxes.
Pro Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of Stonemill cinnamon for extra flavour. It pairs perfectly with banana.
