Almond Banana Muffins
How to make Almond Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp White Mill flaked almonds
- 2 cups Oh So Natural almond meal, finely sifted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and then add the egg, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
- Distribute the batter evenly into the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
