Rainbow Freezer Pops
How to make Rainbow Freezer Pops
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Freeze time: 8 hours | Serves: 12
Ingredients
- Popsicle moulds and sticks with 8 holes
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 mango, chopped
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup green grapes
- 3 tbsp White Mill caster sugar
- 1 cup water
Method
- Place raspberries and mango into 2 bowls. Place avocado and grapes into another separate bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to each bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water to avocado and grape mixture. Divide remaining water between raspberry and mango bowls.
- Using a stick blender, purée fruits in each bowl until smooth.
- Layer puréed fruits alternatively, as you like, for a rainbow effect into each popsicle mould. Place sticks into mould and secure the lids.
- Place into the freezer for 6 hours or overnight to completely freeze.
Tips: Use any fruits in season that you like. Replace caster sugar with coconut sugar or honey.
