How to make Filipino Iced Avocado Shake

Ingredients
- 2 ripe shepard avocados
- 200g Farmdale sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Lime juice, to taste
Method
- Cube the avocado flesh and place into a blender with the condensed milk, ice and a cup of water.
- Whizz until smooth then add lime juice to taste. Pour into 4 chilled glasses and serve.
Option: Add a splash of milk or water if you prefer a looser consistency.
