Bang Bang Chicken

How to make Bang Bang Chicken

Prep Time: 10 minutes        |        Cook Time: 20 minutes        |        Serves: 2 - 3

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Colway real mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp O’Food gochujang sauce
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • 500g-600g Broad Oak Farms RSPCA approved chicken thighs – 5-6 pieces
  • ½ tsp Stonemill smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Stonemill garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Asia Green Garden soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp The Olive Tree olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chilli, gochujang and lime juice together to make the sauce. Set aside until ready to use.
  3. In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, soy sauce and olive oil then mix well.
  4. Preheat chargrill on high heat. Grill the chicken thighs until lightly charred on both sides but not cooked through.
  5. Place on a lined baking tray, baste with the sauce, cook for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
