Bang Bang Chicken
How to make Bang Bang Chicken
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 2 - 3
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Colway real mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp O’Food gochujang sauce
- 3 tsp lime juice
- 500g-600g Broad Oak Farms RSPCA approved chicken thighs – 5-6 pieces
- ½ tsp Stonemill smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Stonemill garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Asia Green Garden soy sauce
- 2 tbsp The Olive Tree olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chilli, gochujang and lime juice together to make the sauce. Set aside until ready to use.
- In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, soy sauce and olive oil then mix well.
- Preheat chargrill on high heat. Grill the chicken thighs until lightly charred on both sides but not cooked through.
- Place on a lined baking tray, baste with the sauce, cook for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
