Berry Good Pudding
How to make Berry Good Pudding
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 40 minutes | Serves: 8
Ingredients
- 4 peeled, cored, and diced apples
- 500g Orchard & Vine Mixed Berries
- 1/4 cup White Mill Caster Sugar
- 2 tbsp Whitemill Cornflour
- 1 1/4 cups White Mill Self Raising Flour
- 1 extra tbsp White Mill Caster Sugar
- 120g soft Pure Valley Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cup Farmdale Full Cream Milk
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
- In a bowl, add your self-raising flour, the extra tablespoon of caster sugar, and the soft butter. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into your milk, give it a little stir, and then pour it into the flour mixture. Mix it all together until you’ve got a smooth batter.
- Get that fruity base ready. Pop your diced apples, frozen blueberries, corn flour, and 1/4 cup caster sugar into your air fryer. Give it a good stir so everything’s nicely mixed together.
- Now, spread that batter evenly over the top of your apple and berry mixture in the air fryer.
- Cook on 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the top is cooked through.
