Ingredients

Method

  1. In a bowl, add your self-raising flour, the extra tablespoon of caster sugar, and the soft butter. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into your milk, give it a little stir, and then pour it into the flour mixture. Mix it all together until you’ve got a smooth batter.
  3. Get that fruity base ready. Pop your diced apples, frozen blueberries, corn flour, and 1/4 cup caster sugar into your air fryer. Give it a good stir so everything’s nicely mixed together.
  4. Now, spread that batter evenly over the top of your apple and berry mixture in the air fryer.
  5. Cook on 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the top is cooked through.
