Cheeseburger Muffins Recipe

How to make  Cheeseburger Muffins

Prep Time:  15 minutes        |        Cook Time:  20 minutes   |        Serves:  6

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Add beef mince, pickles, breadcrumbs, garlic salt, smoked paprika, onion powder and tomato sauce into a large bowl. Mix it really well until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 sections.
  4. Spray a large muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Cut 3 brioche buns in half and press each bun half (toasted side down) into the muffin holes using a glass.
  6. Grab mozzarella and cut into 6 pieces.
  7. Fill each muffin tray with ¾ full of the beef mixture.
  8. Press a piece of mozzarella into the middle and cover with a little more beef.
  9. Top with a slice of onion, spray lightly with olive oil and bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  10. Serve hot with your favourite burger sauce or tomato sauce for dipping.
