Chicken Piccata

How to make Chicken Piccata

Prep Time:  10 minutes        |        Cook Time:  15 minutes   |        Serves:  4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Slice each chicken breast in half lengthways to make 4 thin pieces.
  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken on both sides until golden, then remove from the pan.
  4. Add the butter and lemon juice to the pan and allow to melt into a glossy sauce.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, sprinkle over the capers and scatter in the spinach.
  6. Cook until the spinach wilts, then serve immediately.
