Chicken Piccata
How to make Chicken Piccata
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 2 Broad Oak Farms RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets
- 100g Pure Valley Salted Butter
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tbsp Deli Originals Baby Capers
- 300g spinach
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Slice each chicken breast in half lengthways to make 4 thin pieces.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken on both sides until golden, then remove from the pan.
- Add the butter and lemon juice to the pan and allow to melt into a glossy sauce.
- Return the chicken to the pan, sprinkle over the capers and scatter in the spinach.
- Cook until the spinach wilts, then serve immediately.
