Everyday Stir-fry Sauce and Stir-fry

How to make Everyday Stir-fry Sauce and Stir-fry

Prep Time:  10 minutes        |        Cook Time:  15 minutes   |        Serves:  4

Method

  1. Sprinkle bicarb soda over the beef and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine the crushed garlic and ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, beef stock powder, cornflour and water in a large jug and stir until well combined.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring, until nearly cooked through, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetables and toss for a further 2 minutes.
  5. Add the noodles and sauce, tossing until the sauce has thickened and everything is steaming hot. Serve immediately.
