How to make Everyday Stir-fry Sauce and Stir-fry
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 4
Ingredients
- ½ cup Asia Specialties Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Asia Green Garden Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chefs’ Cupboard Beef Flavour Stock Powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp Stonemill Crushed Garlic
- 1 tbsp Stonemill Crushed Ginger
- 1 tbsp White Mill Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oh So Natural Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp White Mill Cornflour
Stir-fry:
- 500g Jindurra Station Beef Stir Fry
- 2 tsp White Mill Bi-Carb Soda
- 4 cups Market Fare Stir Fry Vegetables
- 450g World Kitchen Fresh Hokkien Noodles
Method
- Sprinkle bicarb soda over the beef and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Combine the crushed garlic and ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, beef stock powder, cornflour and water in a large jug and stir until well combined.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring, until nearly cooked through, about 3 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and toss for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the noodles and sauce, tossing until the sauce has thickened and everything is steaming hot. Serve immediately.
