How to make Raid the Pantry Loaf
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 60 minutes | Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 1 cup White Mill Self Raising Flour
- ¼ tsp White Mill Bi-Carb Soda
- 2 tsp Stonemill Cinnamon
- 2 Lodge Farms Eggs
- ½ cup White Mill White Sugar
- ⅔ cup Pure Vita Sunflower Oil
- 2 cups grated fruit or vegetables (2x apple, 1x carrot)
- ½ cup nut, seeds or chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grate the fruit and vegetables.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and sugar.
- Add the flour, cinnamon and bi-carb soda and mix to combine.
- Stir through the grated fruit and vegetables and your choice of nuts, seeds or chocolate chips.
- Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
