How to make Sticky Soy Chicken and Beans
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 45 minutes | Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 2kg Broad Oak Farms RSPCA Approved Chicken Mixed Pieces
- 1 cup Asia Specialities Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp White Mill Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Stonemill Pepper
- 500g Market Fare Green Beans
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar and lots of black pepper in a bowl until the sugar starts to dissolve.
- Line a baking tray and place the green beans and chicken pieces on it.
- Pour the soy mixture over the chicken so everything gets lovely and sticky.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and plenty of the sticky sauce.
