Tuna & Hummus Wraps
- Slice or shred the cucumber. Chop the cherry tomatoes into small pieces and grate the carrot. Drain the tuna.
- Spread the hummus across each of the wraps.
- Divide the cucumber by 4 and sprinkle over the wraps. Do the same with the tomatoes, carrot and tuna. Finally top with the spinach.
- Roll each wrap over once, then fold in the sides and roll up fully.
- Wrap in cling wrap, until they are ready to serve.
