How To Cook with Autumn Produce

There are quite a few ways you can cook with our fresh Autumn produce at home including:

  • Roasting – Delicious Kent pumpkin shines when roasted in the oven. Push it to the limit until the edges begin to char for ultimate caramelisation - you can even keep the skin on. Roast Kent pumpkin is the perfect roast dinner veg.
  • Sautéing – Leeks truly evolve after a sauté. Chop them up and add them to a frying pan with oil over moderate heat. Gently sweat them off, without browning them, until they are melty, soft and delicious. Eat on sourdough toast or as a chic side with meat.
  • Boiling – Who doesn’t love mash? Our brushed potatoes are perfect for boiling. Once soft and cooked through: drain, combine with butter and milk, and mash away. Yum!
  • Raw – Spring onions are the perfect salad addition. Thinly slice and add them to some washed leaves for a deliciously easy salad. No cooking needed!
