Strawberry, Watermelon & Pineapple Smoothie with Mint Garnish

Method

  1. Place the watermelon and pineapple piece into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the strawberries, coconut water and ice and blend again until smooth.
    Optional:
    for added flavour, before blending, add a few mint leaves to above.
  3. Garnish with mint sprig and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day (blend again before serving).
