Coco Puff Peanut Butter Slice

Method 

  1. Line slice tin with baking paper.
  2. Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl, mix to combine.
  3. Add honey and coconut oil to a small saucepan over low heat.  Mix until combined and oil has melted.
  4. Add peanut butter to honey mixture, stir until combined.  Bring to a light simmer, remove from heat.
  5. Add peanut butter mixture to dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
  6. Tip into the lined tin and press down with spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, remove and create lines for slicing.  Refrigerate overnight or until set.
  8. Cut and enjoy!

*For a nuttier flavour and texture use crunchy peanut butter.

  1. Add fruit into bowl with dry ingredients.
  2. Continue from step 3 of recipe.

Almond

  1. Add almonds into bowl with dry ingredients.
  2. Continue from step 3 of recipe.
