Garlic Prawn & Noodle Stir-Fry

Method 

  1. Soak noodles in boiling water in a heatproof bowl for 2 minutes. Stir to separate strands. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a wok or large saucepan over high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat surface. Add prawns; stir-fry for 1 minute or until just changed in colour. Transfer to a plate. Stir-fry onion and capsicum for 2 minutes or until soft. Add snow peas and sauces; stir-fry for 1 minute or until tender.
  3. Add noodles and prawns; stir-fry for 1 minute or until heated. Serve.
