Sticky Pork Belly
- Cook pork belly as per instructions on packaging.
- Cool slightly. Dice the pork belly into bite-size pieces and set aside.
- Heat wok over high heat, add olive oil and heat for 30 seconds.
- Add onion, pork, ginger and garlic, then stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with rice.
