Three-Cheese Mini Gnocchi

Method 

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over moderate heat. Add onion; cook and stir for 4 minutes or until soft. Add garlic; cook and stir for 30 seconds. Add cheeses and cream; cook and stir for 1 minute or until melted and combined. Season.
  2. Meanwhile, cook gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 2 minutes or until they float to surface.
  3. Add drained gnocchi, zucchini, peas and ¼ cup water to sauce; cook for 2 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Serve topped with extra blue cheese and basil.
