Creamy White Wine Sauce
- Add white wine and white wine vinegar to a medium pan. Toss in spring onions and heat until liquid is almost evaporated, then pour in cream and combine. Remove from heat.
- Add a cube of butter and stir in until melted. Repeat with rest of the butter cubes, stirring well after each addition and until all the butter is combined into the sauce.
- Ready to serve. Enjoy with your preferred seafood.
