How to Make Beetroot Choc Smoothie
- Wash and dry zucchini. Cut into 2 pieces. Carefully remove the cooked beetroot from pack, slice in halves. Store the remainder in an airtight container in the fridge.
- In a blender place zucchini, beetroots and raspberries.
- Add cold almond milk, yogurt, honey, cacao and ice cubes and blend on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately in a tall glass.
