How to Make Berry Coconut Chia Pudding
- Mix coconut milk, yogurt, frozen berries, chia seeds and honey together in a bowl.
- Transfer to your serving glasses (you can serve in jars or glass pots as well).
- Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- The puddings will have set by morning.
- Carefully slice the strawberries and add to the sides of glasses to serve.
- Chop the almonds and sprinkle over the top and serve.
