How to Make Quinoa & Coconut Porridge
- Put quinoa and coconut milk in medium saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add cinnamon and maple syrup mix well. Simmer low for another 7 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed and quinoa is soft.
- Pour quinoa into serving bowls top with fresh blueberries and toasted almonds.
