How to Make Leftover Christmas Ham and Pineapple Pizza

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (or 170°C fan-forced).
  2. Slice bread rolls in half, lengthways. Separating top and bottom. 
  3. Combine tomato paste, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread evenly over the bread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella over the bread – reserving a third.
  6. Slice ham into small pieces and add to bread. Spread pineapple pieces over the bread.
  7. Sprinkle the remainder of the mozzarella over the bread.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
