- Make the dressing first. Into a blender, add mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce and cracked pepper. Blend until well combined. Taste. Season with salt if desired and blend again. Set dressing aside.
- Into your serving bowl, add the butter leaf blend. Remove seed from avocado and slice. Top lettuce with avocado. Place anchovy fillets around the bowl.
- Drizzle with your creamy parmesan dressing.
- Garnish with grated parmesan and serve immediately.
