Red wines for every season

Our red wine offering is as diverse as it is a reliable choice for every special event or dinner party. The peppery tartness of a shiraz is an Australian favourite for good reason. The soft fruitiness of a cabernet sauvignon is always a great choice for when guests are looking for a sweeter red wine to drink and the rich fruity, often oaky flavours of pinot noir is always a statement wine when paired with a good meal. Pretty in pink with rosé and moscato

For those of us with a sweeter tooth, a rosé or moscato is the wine of choice. The blush hued rosé can be surprisingly diverse in flavour, with notes of strawberry, citrus, cherry, melon, and as it’s name suggests, flowers. Moscato is always a deliciously sweet and easy drink, with flavours of peach and orange blossom enjoyed at each sip. We’re proud of our rosy coloured wines here at ALDI. When big life moments arise, you’ll want to share a toast with all the loved ones! ALDI’s cask wine range has a variety of ALDI customer favourite wines. In our 2L cask wines, you can share in our red wine range including Brooke James Vinters Shiraz Cask, and white wines in the Brooke James Vinters Semillon Sauvignon Blanc. Or, for larger groups, you can try our 4L cask wines which include Alberston’s Reserve Soft Dry Red Cask or Alberston's Reserve Dry White Wine Cask.
