How to make Blackberry and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 225g Orchard and Vine frozen banana chunks
  • 75g fresh blackberries, plus extra to serve
  • 300g Lyttos Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Bramwells Australian honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Mint leaves and fresh banana slices, to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Place banana chunks, blackberries, yogurt, honey and ice into a high-powered blender or smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and decorate with blackberries, mint leaves and banana slices (if using).

Optional

You can omit the honey for a less sweet version.
