Frozen Grape and Almond Milk Frappe
How to make Frozen Grape and Almond Milk Frappe

Prep Time:  5 minutes        |        Freeze Time:  3 hours     |        Serves:  2

Ingredients

  • 200g individual red grapes, frozen
  • 400ml Inner Goodness almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced thickly
  • Fresh grapes on toothpicks, to serve  

Method

  1. Wash and completely dry the red grapes. Lay onto a tray, lined with baking paper and freeze for 3 hours.  
  2. Into a blender, blitz frozen grapes, almond milk and banana in a high-powered blender or smoothie maker, until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve with fresh grapes on toothpicks, as garnish.  

Tip: Freeze grapes individually. They can be frozen the day ahead.  

Optional: Swap out almond milk for rice milk, soy milk or oat milk.
