Ingredients
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen Orchard & Vine mango pieces
- 30ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 120ml of The Infusionist Mango and Cream Flavoured Gin Liqueur*
- Regal soda water
- Fresh mint, to garnish
Method
- Pour your mango pieces, lime juice and mango and cream gin liqueur into a blender and blend until smooth. Note that the mixture may seem a little thick but will loosen up in the next step, when the soda water is added.
- Divide your mango mix into 2 glasses and top them off with soda water.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint (optional) and enjoy!
Tip: If your mangoes aren’t sweet enough, you can always add 25ml of a simple sugar syrup to offset the gin liqueur and lime.
