Mango and Green Tea Lemonade

How to make Mango and Green Tea Lemonade

Prep Time: 10 minutes        |        Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 4 Diplomat green tea bags
  • 2 cups chopped fresh mango
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp White Mill caster sugar
  • Ice, to serve
  • 1.25L Northbrook natural sparkling mineral water
  • Mint leaves, to serve

Method

  1. Brew tea bags with 2 cups of hot water. Cool completely.
  2. Place mangoes into a blender with water and sugar. Blend on high for 2 minutes until very smooth.
  3. In a large jug, combine mango purée with cold tea and top up the jug with sparkling water.
  4. Fill glasses with ice, pour mango lemonade into glasses and serve with mint leaves.
