Mango and Green Tea Lemonade
How to make Mango and Green Tea Lemonade

Ingredients
- 4 Diplomat green tea bags
- 2 cups chopped fresh mango
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp White Mill caster sugar
- Ice, to serve
- 1.25L Northbrook natural sparkling mineral water
- Mint leaves, to serve
Method
- Brew tea bags with 2 cups of hot water. Cool completely.
- Place mangoes into a blender with water and sugar. Blend on high for 2 minutes until very smooth.
- In a large jug, combine mango purée with cold tea and top up the jug with sparkling water.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour mango lemonade into glasses and serve with mint leaves.
