Grilled Vegetable Pasta
How to make Grilled Vegetable Pasta
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4 - 6
Ingredients
- 350g Remano Gluten Free penne pasta with quinoa
- 350g Emporium Selection feta, drained and crumbled
- 280g Remano sundried tomato strips, drained
- 280g Deli Originals grilled peppers, drained
- 280g Deli Originals grilled artichokes, drained
- 15 shallots, finely sliced, to garnish
Method
- Cook pasta as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sundried tomato strips, capsicum, and artichokes and warm through, stirring occasionally.
- Add the drained pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
- Serve in a bowl or on a platter, topped with feta and sliced shallots. Can be served hot or cold.
