Tuna Nachos
How to make Tuna Nachos
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 95g can Ocean Rise yellowfin tuna chunks Italian style in oil with chilli
- 400g can El Tora black beans, drained
- 230g pack Sprinters corn chips
- 2 cups Westacre Dairy pizza or tasty shredded cheese
- ¼ cup Deli Originals green sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 300g jar El Tora salsa dip
- 2 ripe avocados, smashed with lime juice and salt, for topping (optional)
- ½ cup Westacre Dairy sour cream, for topping (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan-forced).
- On a large, ovenproof platter or baking tray, spread the corn chips in an even layer.
- Scatter the black beans over the chips, followed by chunks of the tuna.
- Spoon over half the salsa, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with the remaining salsa and jalapeños (optional).
- Serve immediately with avocado smash and sour cream on the side, if desired.
