How to make a Banana, Ginger and Apple Smoothie

Method

  1. Peel and chop the banana.
  2. Dice the ginger. If using ground ginger, use ½ teaspoon.
  3. Put all the ingredients and ice cubes into a blender or smoothie maker.
  4. Pulse for 2-3 minutes until well blended then serve.

Tip: You can use frozen banana for a thicker consistency.

Optional: If you don’t have fresh ginger* you can substitute with Stonemill ground ginger powder.
