Barramundi with Soy Garlic and Ginger Pasta Recipe

How to make Barramundi with Soy Garlic and Ginger Pasta


  1. Mix the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and brown sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a pot, bring 2 litres of salted water to boil and add half of the pasta. Stir gently and let pasta separate. Cook for 6-8 minutes, drain and set aside. 
  3. In another pot, bring to boil 2 cups of water and add broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes, drain and set aside.
  4. In a non-stick pan on medium heat, place barramundi skin side down and cook for 6 minutes. Turn over and continue cooking for 4 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of sauce mix to fry pan, heat until warm.
  5. To serve, toss remaining sauce, pasta and broccoli together. Place on plate and top with barramundi portions.
  6. Garnish with chilli, shallots and coriander sprigs.

Optional: To turn into a meal for 4 people, simply cook the whole pack of fettuccine, add an additional barramundi and double sauce the seasoning.
