How to Make Beef Tacos with Green Chilli, Lime and Coriander Salsa

Method

  1. Rub the steaks with fajita seasoning and 2 teaspoons of olive oil and set aside to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. For the salsa, mix the chilli, shallots, lime zest and juice, coriander and remaining oil and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat a chargrill or bbq to high. Grill the steaks for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Grill the soft tacos until lightly coloured. Slice the rested steak.
  5. Top the tacos with steak slices and rocket. Dot with fetta and spoon the salsa on top. Serve with lime wedges.

Tip: For a less spicy version, remove the seeds from the green chilli. For a spicier option, add an extra green chilli.
Optional: Make it dairy free by leaving out the fetta.
