How to Make Chilli Lime Crunch Salmon Salad

Method

  1. Heat the oven grill and line a baking tray with foil. See optional note below for additional ways to cook the salmon fillets.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper and place on prepared tray. Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes or until just cooked. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool.
  3. Remove the skin and any dark flesh. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place salad in a large serving bowl. Squeeze half a lime into the sald and toss together. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Top with the salmon pieces. Drizzle with the pack’s dressing and sprinkle with the provided dried noodles. Serve with remaining lime wedges.

Optional: If you want to bake the salmon fillets, place in a preheated oven and bake for 9-14 minutes or to your liking. If you want to try the salmon in a pan, cook it skin-side down for 4 minutes and then turn and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
