How to make Edible Moss


  1. In a mixing bowl combine egg and sugar. Whisk until light and fluffy. Add honey and green powder.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder. Mix until a smooth batter.
  3. Using 3 separate, microwave-safe mugs, place 2½ tablespoons of mixture into each mug and cook at 1000W for approximately 50 seconds.
  4. Turn the mugs over to the cooling rack and let them cool completely.
  5. Once they have cooled and ready are to use, tear the spongey cake moss to desired pieces.
