Moorabool Valley Eggs began in 1965 by the Colla family who migrated from Holland. The three of brothers, Guido, Paul and Vincent took over the family farm and purchased an existing 10-acre egg farm on the Bellarine Peninsula, in the historic town of Queenscliff Victoria. What followed in the 1980’s, was planned expansion onto the mainstream egg production and building their state-of-the-art facility in Meredith.

How to scramble the best eggs every time.
Use a fork to whisk eggs so they don’t get too frothy. Adding water to the mix creates lighter, fluffier scrambled eggs. Don’t cook too high, use a gentle heat so they don’t dry out. Don’t over stir, keep big folds. Remove from heat before they’re fully cooked as they keep cooking in the pan.
