Unbelievably Good Beef
Bindaree Beef is one of Australia’s finest beef producers. They are also one of ALDI’s suppliers for our Australian Highland Park Beef. We’ve been partnering with Bindaree for 16 years now – happy anniversary Bindaree! They are located across Northern NSW and Southern Queensland, contributing to our award-winning range and high grade cuts like the Highland Park Beef Eye Fillet Steak.
Our excellent cuts of pork are carefully prepared. ALDI is regularly audited on food safety, quality and animal welfare standards. Our fresh pork suppliers are Australian Pork Industry Quality Assurance (APIQ®) certified.
At ALDI, we know our customers want more welfare-conscious choices. That’s why we stock a wide selection of free range products, including our Willowton Free Range Chickens. Accredited to Free Range Egg and Poultry Australia (FREPA) standards, this farming practice increases quality of life for the chickens, which means better quality chicken for our customers.
We take animal welfare seriously.
All ALDI branded fresh meat suppliers (beef, lamb, pork and poultry) are subject to independent audits. These audits ensure suppliers adhere to the standards of the Australian Livestock Processing Industry Animal Welfare Certification System (AAWCS). These standards are developed and reviewed by a committee that includes industry experts, government representatives and animal welfare scientists and organisations.
