Method

  1. Separate eggs. Add sugar to egg yolks, then whisk egg yolks and sugar together until they lighten.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until light, but not stiff. Add O'Donnell's Irish Cream Liqueur and Baroque Brandy to egg whites, and mix to combine. Add milk to egg white mixture and continue to mix.
  3. Add egg white mixture to egg yolk batter, and continue to whisk until thoroughly blended.
  4. Serve

Top Tips

  1. Sprinkle grated nutmeg and cinnamon lightly over the top.
