Pavlova with Grilled Peaches and Hazelnuts

  1. In a bowl mix mascarpone and icing sugar together until just combined, spread generously over Pavlova Base and place in fridge
  2. Drain peaches, heat fry pan over medium heat, spray pan with cooking oil spray and place peaches flat into pan
  3. Grill until golden, and allow to cool
  4. Lightly toast hazelnuts until just golden
  5. Arrange grilled peaches on Pavlova Base and sprinkle over hazelnuts
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with mint leaves
