Banana Choc Nice Cream

Method

  1. Slice up your bananas and place into a snap-lock bag or container and freeze overnight.
  2. Once frozen (or firm), place your bananas into a food processor and add in your honey and cocoa powder and blend.
  3. Blend until your bananas have turned into a creamy puree. You may have to scrape the sides of your bowl frequently to get to this consistency.
  4. Scoop your Banana Choc Nice Cream into chilled serving dishes, sprinkle with nuts and serve straight away for a creamy, delicious ice cream or refreeze for later.

TIP: If you are short on time you can freeze banana slices until firm, if no time to freeze them overnight.
