Banana Choc Nice Cream
- Slice up your bananas and place into a snap-lock bag or container and freeze overnight.
- Once frozen (or firm), place your bananas into a food processor and add in your honey and cocoa powder and blend.
- Blend until your bananas have turned into a creamy puree. You may have to scrape the sides of your bowl frequently to get to this consistency.
- Scoop your Banana Choc Nice Cream into chilled serving dishes, sprinkle with nuts and serve straight away for a creamy, delicious ice cream or refreeze for later.
TIP: If you are short on time you can freeze banana slices until firm, if no time to freeze them overnight.
