Chocolate Avocado Dip
- Wash, dry, slice and prepare all ingredients, as required.
- Place all dip ingredients together and process with a stick blender. Puree until smooth.
- Transfer to serving bowl or ramekin, cover with cling wrap and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
- When ready to serve, place bowl of dip in centre of platter, arranging fruit around bowl.
- Serve immediately.
NOTE: Chocolate Avocado dip can be stored in the refrigerator, covered in an air-tight container, for up to 2 days.
