Chocolate Avocado Dip

Method:

  1. Wash, dry, slice and prepare all ingredients, as required.
  2. Place all dip ingredients together and process with a stick blender. Puree until smooth.
  3. Transfer to serving bowl or ramekin, cover with cling wrap and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. When ready to serve, place bowl of dip in centre of platter, arranging fruit around bowl.
  5. Serve immediately.

NOTE: Chocolate Avocado dip can be stored in the refrigerator, covered in an air-tight container, for up to 2 days.
