Hemp and Chocolate Slice

Method:

  1. Roughly chop pecans, almond, dates and dried apricots in a food processor. Place into a bowl and then add all remaining ingredients. Mix until combined.
  2. Tip mixture into a lined tray and press firmly.
  3. Prepare icing by placing chopped avocado in a bowl and beat with hand blender. Once smooth, add the other ingredients and combine until smooth.
  4. Spread over the top of slice. Cover and leave in the fridge for 2 hours before slicing and eating.

Note: Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
