Raw Lemon Slice

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients for the base in a food processor. Blend until mixed together. Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper. Press the base evenly into the tray.
  2. To make the topping combine all the ingredients, except coconut flakes.
  3. Whisk together well then pour over the top of base of the slice. Sprinkle over coconut flakes.
  4. Chill in the freezer for 1 hour. Cut into slices and serve. 

Note: Store in freezer.
