Brioche Hot Cross Bun Ice Cream Sandwich
- Cut buns into halves.
- Scoop out 4 large ice cream scoops. Slightly flatten ice cream into discs and place in a dish and put back in freezer for 20 minutes.
- Remove ice cream from freezer and place discs onto brioche hot cross buns.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce. Place lid on top.
- Enjoy straight away.
