Brioche Hot Cross Bun Ice Cream Sandwich


  1. Cut buns into halves.
  2. Scoop out 4 large ice cream scoops. Slightly flatten ice cream into discs and place in a dish and put back in freezer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove ice cream from freezer and place discs onto brioche hot cross buns.
  4. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Place lid on top.
  5. Enjoy straight away.
