How to Make Beef & Tomato Keema
Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add onion; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until soft. Add beef; cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add cumin, turmeric and ginger; cook and stir for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add tomato; bring to a simmer. Simmer for 1 minute or until reduced slightly.
Add beans; cook, covered, for 3 minutes or until beans are tender. Top with yogurt and coriander. Serve with lemon wedges and rice.
